Goat Ears

These pictures still make me laugh.
The barn was dark, and these darn
goat ears would shake,sway,flick,and twitch.
The only thing they could not seem to do 
was stay still.
They were just kids, and I had
a new camera that I was learning to understand.
I had a reference book and little experience.
These pictures were the result. 
Perhaps the camera clicking contributed to the chaos.

My name is Katherine J. Krein. I lost my father in June of 2013, and then I lost my mother in November of the same year. After they both died I went through a mind-warping number obsession that has taken me years to control. This is my story. It is now 2025. I still use this site to post some poems and thoughts.
